Markus: One of the things that you're most proud of over your three years in office infrastructure and housing, those have been kind of the two key themes that you're going to see us working really hard on getting caught on fixing our roads.
Mayor Ryan: We've been making some good progress. We're getting caught up. Still a lot more work to do. But also the significant impact that we need for housing is is tremendous. All across the country folks are seeing this housing shortage and we need to make sure that we're making investments to support our employers that are growing and expanding over the next few years. Here you're gonna see 3000 housing units come under contract with development agreements. The next few months housing is a true need. There's such a short supply in our community with a large demand. So in order to make sure that we're addressing that in frequency between supply and demand that we need to build more housing fundamentally across the board. Everything from single family homes to duplexes, multi family and yes even more apartments all across the board strategy that we'll be having coming here in the future here when it comes to housing.
